• EMD (अमानत राशि) नेट बैंकिंग या बैंक RTGS / NEFT से। टेंडर न मिलने पर राशि उसी खाते में वापस आती है जिससे जमा की गई थी।EMD (earnest money) via net banking or bank RTGS / NEFT. If the tender is not awarded, it is refunded to the same account it was paid from.
• टेंडर डॉक्यूमेंट फीस: NIL। NCL में टेंडर फीस नहीं लगती।Tender document fee: NIL. NCL does not charge a tender fee.
• वैलिड क्लास 3 DSC (कम से कम एक दिन पुराना और चालू हालत में)Valid Class 3 DSC (at least one day old and in working condition)

• सिविल डिपार्टमेंट, अनुमान 10 लाख से 50 लाख तक: किसी भी प्रकार का एक्सपीरियंस या टर्नओवर नहीं चाहिए।Civil department, estimate ₹10 lakh to ₹50 lakh: no experience or turnover is required.
• 50 लाख से कम के अन्य डिपार्टमेंट के टेंडर: सभी टेंडर डॉक्यूमेंट डाउनलोड करके पढ़ें। ज़्यादातर क्लीनिंग के टेंडर में एक्सपीरियंस नहीं लगता।Other departments below ₹50 lakh: download and read all tender documents. Most cleaning tenders do not need experience.
• 50 लाख से ऊपर के सभी टेंडर: एक्सपीरियंस और CA द्वारा प्रमाणित टर्नओवर (UDIN के साथ) लगेगा।All tenders above ₹50 lakh: experience and a CA-certified turnover (with UDIN) are required.
• सिविल डिपार्टमेंट के 10 लाख से नीचे के कार्य NCL PEPS या समिति ही डाल सकती है।Civil department works below ₹10 lakh can be bid only by NCL PEPS or a samiti.
