टोकन पर लिखा नाम देखें (HYP2003 / EPASS2003, WD Proxkey, SafeNet, mToken, InnaITKey) और उसी का ड्राइवर इंस्टॉल करें। गलत ड्राइवर से टोकन नहीं दिखता। ड्राइवर हमारे डाउनलोड पेज पर हैं।Look at the name on the token (HYP2003 / EPASS2003, WD Proxkey, SafeNet, mToken, InnaITKey) and install that driver. A wrong driver means the token will not show. Drivers are on our download page.

PIN बार-बार गलत न डालेंDo not enter a wrong PIN repeatedly

कई बार गलत PIN डालने पर टोकन लॉक हो जाता है। दो-तीन बार गलत होने पर रुकें और सही PIN याद करें या हमसे पूछें। टोकन पर PIN का नोट रखें।A token locks after several wrong PIN attempts. Stop after two or three wrong tries and recall the right PIN or ask us. Keep a note of your PIN.

DSC का सर्टिफ़िकेट टोकन में डाउनलोड न हुआ हो सकता है। ड्राइवर के बाद DSC दोबारा डाउनलोड कराएँ, हम मदद करते हैं।The certificate may not be downloaded onto the token. After the driver, download the DSC again; we can help.
