• आख़िरी समय पर बिड डालना और पोर्टल या इंटरनेट की दिक्कत में चूक जानाBidding at the last minute and missing out due to portal or internet trouble
• ज़रूरी दस्तावेज़ का अधूरा या धुंधला स्कैनIncomplete or unclear scans of required documents
• DSC की वैधता खत्म होनाAn expired DSC
• EMD या टेंडर फ़ीस की रसीद न लगानाMissing EMD or tender fee receipt
• शपथ पत्र या एनेक्सर टेंडर के फ़ॉर्मेट में न होनाAffidavit or annexure not in the tender's format

टेंडर डॉक्यूमेंट पूरा पढ़ें, पात्रता शर्तें देखें और जाँचें कि कोई संशोधन (corrigendum) तो नहीं आया। जो शर्त पूरी नहीं होती उस पर समय न लगाएँ।Read the full tender document, check the eligibility conditions and see whether a corrigendum has been issued. Do not spend time on a tender whose conditions you do not meet.

एक दिन पहले बिड डालें। हर फ़ाइल का साइज़ और नाम पोर्टल की शर्त के हिसाब से रखें। जमा करने के बाद मिली रसीद या acknowledgement सेव करें।Submit a day early. Keep each file's size and name as the portal requires. Save the receipt or acknowledgement you get after submitting.

DSC चालू है, टोकन का PIN याद है, EMD और फ़ीस भरी है, सारे दस्तावेज़ पढ़ने लायक हैं और कंप्यूटर पर साइन का टेस्ट हो चुका है। इसके बाद ही जमा करें।DSC is valid, token PIN is remembered, EMD and fee are paid, all documents are readable and a signing test is done. Submit only after this.
