रिन्यू का सही समयWhen to renew

DSC की वैधता 1, 2 या 3 साल की होती है। वैधता खत्म होने के 10 से 15 दिन पहले रिन्यू शुरू करें। टेंडर की आख़िरी तारीख के आसपास रिन्यू करना जोखिम भरा है, क्योंकि वेरिफिकेशन में कुछ घंटे से कुछ दिन लग सकते हैं।A DSC is valid for 1, 2 or 3 years. Start renewal 10 to 15 days before it expires. Renewing right before a tender deadline is risky, because verification can take from a few hours to a few days.

अगर DSC खत्म हो चुकी होIf the DSC has already expired

वैधता खत्म होने के बाद आमतौर पर नई DSC ही बनवानी पड़ती है, और रिन्यूअल की सुविधा हर प्रदाता में नहीं मिलती। इसलिए तारीख़ पहले से नोट करके रखें। हम सिंगरौली और वैढ़न में नई DSC और रिन्यूअल दोनों करते हैं।After expiry you usually need to apply for a fresh DSC, and not every provider offers renewal at that stage. So note the date in advance. We handle both new DSC and renewals in Singrauli and Waidhan.

रिन्यू के बाद क्या करेंAfter renewal

नई DSC टोकन में डाउनलोड होने के बाद टेंडर पोर्टल और GST/EPFO जैसे जिन पोर्टलों पर पुरानी DSC रजिस्टर थी, वहाँ नई DSC दोबारा रजिस्टर या अपडेट करें। नहीं तो साइन करते समय एरर आ सकता है।Once the new DSC is downloaded to the token, register or update it again on every portal where the old one was registered, such as tender portals, GST or EPFO. Otherwise signing may show an error.
