ESIC में नए कर्मचारी की Joining 10 दिन के भीतरESIC joining of a new employee within 10 days

ESIC पोर्टल पर किसी भी कर्मचारी की Joining उसकी नियुक्ति (Appointment) तिथि से 10 दिन के भीतर करना अनिवार्य है। Joining करते समय नियुक्ति तिथि से 10 दिन से अधिक पीछे की तिथि नहीं डाली जा सकती।On the ESIC portal, the joining of any employee must be done within 10 days of the appointment date. While doing the joining, a date more than 10 days before the appointment cannot be entered.

जिस कर्मचारी का ESIC / IP नंबर पहले से बना है, उसकी Joining उसी नंबर से की जानी चाहिए। ऐसे कर्मचारियों के लिए नया ESIC नंबर नहीं बनाया जाएगा।If an employee already has an ESIC / IP number, the joining must be done with the same number. A new ESIC number will not be created for such employees.

कर्मचारी को अपना पुराना ESIC / IP नंबर याद न हो, तो उसे ESIC पोर्टल पर उसके मोबाइल नंबर या बैंक खाता संख्या के माध्यम से खोजा जा सकता है।If the employee does not know the old ESIC / IP number, it can be searched on the ESIC portal using the mobile number or the bank account number.

• बैंक खाता संख्याBank account number
• नामांकित व्यक्ति (Nominee) का नाम और संबंधName and relation of the nominee
• आश्रितों (Dependents) के नाम और जन्म तिथि, यदि उपलब्ध हों (अनिवार्य नहीं)Names and dates of birth of dependents, if available (not mandatory)

नए कर्मचारी को काम पर रखते ही ऊपर के दस्तावेज़ और जानकारी ले लें, ताकि 10 दिन की सीमा में Joining पूरी हो सके। हम सिंगरौली और वैढ़न में ESIC रजिस्ट्रेशन और चालान का काम करते हैं।As soon as you take on a new employee, collect the documents and details above so the joining is completed within the 10-day limit.
