टेंडर के शब्द और उनके मतलबTender terms and what they mean

• NIT (Notice Inviting Tender): टेंडर की सूचना, जिसमें काम, तारीखें, पात्रता और शर्तें होती हैं।NIT (Notice Inviting Tender): the tender notice with the work, dates, eligibility and conditions.
• EMD (Earnest Money Deposit): बिड के साथ जमा की जाने वाली धरोहर राशि। इसे बिड सिक्योरिटी भी कहते हैं।EMD (Earnest Money Deposit): the deposit paid with the bid, also called bid security.
• टेंडर फीस: टेंडर डॉक्यूमेंट की फीस, जो EMD से अलग होती है।Tender fee: the fee for the tender document, separate from the EMD.
• Corrigendum: टेंडर में बाद में किया गया संशोधन। बिड डालने से पहले इसे ज़रूर देखें।Corrigendum: an amendment made to the tender later. Always check it before bidding.
• GCC / GTC: ठेके की सामान्य शर्तें।GCC / GTC: the general conditions of contract.

• BOQ (Bill of Quantities): काम की मात्राओं और दरों की सूची, जिसमें आप अपनी दरें भरते हैं।BOQ (Bill of Quantities): the list of work quantities and rates in which you fill your rates.
• Technical बिड: पात्रता के दस्तावेज़ वाला भाग।Technical bid: the part with eligibility documents.
• Financial बिड: आपकी दर वाला भाग, जो Technical में पास होने पर खुलता है।Financial bid: the part with your rate, opened only if you pass the technical stage.
• Bid validity: वह अवधि जिसमें आपकी बिड मान्य रहती है।Bid validity: the period for which your bid stays valid.

• L1: सबसे कम दर देने वाला बोलीदाता (Lowest)।L1: the bidder with the lowest rate.
• Letter of Acceptance (LoA): विभाग की ओर से काम स्वीकार करने का पत्र।Letter of Acceptance (LoA): the department's letter accepting your bid.
• Performance Security: काम ठीक से पूरा करने की गारंटी के रूप में जमा की जाने वाली राशि।Performance Security: an amount deposited as a guarantee for proper completion of the work.
